Terms of Service

1. Using this site

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, request financing, or use our auction services.

2. Vehicle listings

We work to keep listings accurate, but prices, mileage, features, photos, and availability can change and may contain errors. A listing is not an offer to sell.

A vehicle is not reserved or sold until a purchase agreement is signed with Fomena Autos.

3. Financing pre-check

The financing pre-check is an estimate based only on the information you provide. It is not a credit decision, a loan approval, or an offer of credit. Any financing is subject to our full review and a signed agreement.

4. Auction car finder

Submitting an auction request does not guarantee that we will find or win a vehicle. Before we bid on your behalf, we will agree with you on the terms, including any fees and deposits.

5. Repairs and maintenance plans

Repair work and maintenance plans are provided under separate written agreements, which set out the work, pricing, and terms.

6. Your account

Please give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload, or scrape it, no false or harmful submissions, and nothing illegal.

8. Content

The site's content belongs to Fomena Autos or its licensors. See our Copyright page for details.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Fomena Autos is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
