Saved cars: if you save cars to your account, we store which cars you saved.

Messages: when you use our Contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, your message, and the car you asked about, if any.

Financing pre-check: we collect your answers (such as income range, employment, and down payment range), your contact details, and the pre-check result. We do not run a credit check and do not ask for your Social Security number or date of birth.

Auction car finder: we collect your contact details and the details of the car you want us to find.

2. Information collected automatically

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. They can't be read by other websites or by scripts on our pages, and they are only used for signing you in.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. How we use your information

To run your account, respond to your messages, review financing pre-checks, search for and bid on auction cars at your request, and contact you about the services you asked about.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site for us: Amazon Web Services hosts our website, database, files, and sign-in system.

Our location map is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our customers, our business, or others.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is open or as long as we need it to provide the services you asked for, and as required for business and legal records.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing info@fomenaautos.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.

8. Children

Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
